Aloha. We are pleased to announce the first annual island-wide Solutions 2002: Neighborhoods in Action Seminar, sponsored by Kealakehe and Kona Heavens Neighborhood Watch programs in partnership with the Department of the Attorney General. The seminar will be held on April 27, 2002 from 8am to 5pm at the Outrigger Waikola Beach Hotel.
We encourage your attendance at this seminar. Participants will be able to share insights and experiences from various types of neighborhoods and areas of expertise. Our mission is to establish interaction and cooperation of all Neighborhood Watch programs, police and community leaders to share solutions for an enhanced quality of life throughout the Big Island of Hawaii.
This seminar will offer: types of Neighborhood Watches, what is your role in the Neighborhood Watch, your involvement in supporting and/or resolving commitments/issues, enhance partnerships with our community leaders and how we can better utilize our Neighborhood Watch program.
We look forward to your participation in the first annual island-wide Neighborhood Watch seminar. We hope attendees gain a wealth of information and an invaluable network of contacts with other Neighborhood Watch programs and community leaders.
Please share this information with all members within your neighborhood and community. If you have any issues, concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
