HAWAII ISLAND COMMUNITY & YOUTH INVOLVEMENT SURVEY


Aloha Hawaii Island Residents - we are seeking your input for the upcoming Meth Summit II (08/25/03) and all other on-going community meetings. Your input is only a sampling of what we need to have answered for our Community and Youth Activity involvement.

Solutions 2003: Neighborhoods in Action is a grassroots, Hawaii Island-wide initiative to address collective safety concerns in the areas of Drugs, Traffic, Property Crimes, and Animal Control.

This survey will take only a few minutes and your anonymous views would help us understand what community members would be willing to do in order to address our island wide concerns.

As a community member I'm willing to:
1. ...write letters to County government officials in support of anti-drug legislation.
