On October 8th Mayor Harry Kim, Police Chief Larry Mahuna and Fire Chief Darryl Oliveria congratulated the Keiki Winners of the Hugs Not Drugs K-12 grade Sign Contest. Left to Right Kiani Matsumoto, Panaewa, Shelley Guyer and Tiarae Guiteras, Hilo and Jasmine and Jade Perreira, Waimea. 32 entries were posted on the Solutions: Neighborhoods In Action website where over 950 Hawaii Island residents had the opportunity to cast their vote from August 15th thru September 30th.
