Solutions 2003: Neighborhoods in Action is a grassroots, Hawaii Island-wide initiative to address collective safety concerns in the areas of Drugs, Traffic, Property Crimes, and Animal Control.

The survey will take only a few minutes and your anonymous views would help the facilitators focus in on resident's immediate concerns.
